Chalet Lena can be booked on a fully catered basis which includes:

  • Chalet Manager / Concierge service provided prior to your arrival and during your stay
  • Continental and cooked breakfast served on seven days
  • Pre-dinner canapés served with champagne on six evenings
  • Professional chef prepared three course dinner and cheeseboard served by your hosts on six evenings
  • Early children’s supper on six evenings
  • Freshly baked afternoon tea on six days
  • A choice from the bar with  house spirits and mixers
  • A selection of good quality complimentary house wines, beers and soft drinks served with dinner

  • A selection of fine wines available to purchase
  • Daily housekeeping service
  • Linen change and daily towel changes as necessary on request
  • Luxury bathroom products, robes and slippers
  • Hairdryers in every bathroom
  • Lift pass delivery service
  • Private chauffeur driven 7 seater Mercedes V Class operating from 08.30hrs – 10.30hrs and 15.00 – 20.30 hrs (other times by arrangement with Chalet Manager)

Dining

We use the best quality ingredients, sourced locally. We prepare them carefully, we cook them perfectly and then present them beautifully. This is what you can expect of the dining experience in Chalet Lena, St Anton.

Our Chefs

Our chefs are all professionally trained and very experienced. In fact, they come from around the globe to work for us in St Anton. They bring with them a huge variety of talent and technique, having worked in many Internationally famous restaurants. Their greatest strengths are their shared passion for food and service.

Bespoke Menus

Dining is a very important part of the Chalet Lena experience.

Our amazing chefs can create anything from a fine dining menu to a sharing feast.  For something a little different, they can serve an Asian influenced tasting menu. Alternatively, they can always keep it simple with ‘bistro’ style classics such as the perfect steak and chips. In addition they will prepare an earlier supper if there are children in the group.

Our concierge team will work with you to ensure your chef has a proper grasp on your tastes. We will take note of any likes or dislikes, the intricacies of any varying dietary requirements and the cuisines you enjoy.

Breakfasts

On a ski holiday breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Our hosts will lay the breakfast table and be ready to welcome you with your fresh morning coffee. Meanwhile, our chefs will prepare a luxurious spread of locally sourced products. As well as a fresh fruit platter, locally sourced breads and pastries and healthy cereals, they will also offer a range of freshly cooked breakfasts. So whether you are rushing to get the children to ski school or prefer a more leisurely pace, a Chalet Lena breakfast will set you up perfectly for a day on the slopes.

Afternoon Tea

After enjoying a day up the mountain, it is time to relax. You can enjoy a freshly prepared afternoon tea, next to the roaring log fire in Chalet Lena. Or perhaps you would rather have a glass of champagne? It is also a perfect time to enjoy the bubbling hot tub in the Spa and Pool area. While you chill and reflect on the excitements of the day, your staff will be busy preparing your  canapés and mixing the perfect cocktail.

Drinks

Relaxing with a drink is the perfect way to unwind in Chalet Lena after a busy day on the slopes.

We have selected a delightful house champagne for you to enjoy with canapes. Maybe you would prefer to choose one of our house cocktails that our staff will make fresh for you.

An extensive selection of House spirits and mixers are available at the Bar for you to help yourself to, or for one of the hosts to make for you, it is your choice. Choose from a variety of soft drinks many are suitable for the children in your group.

During dinner we have chosen some delicious Austrian wines for you to enjoy. If you would prefer to pick a favourite wine of yours, we can certainly source this for you.

After dinner you may want to retire to the Library to enjoy a glass of brandy or a traditional Austrian Schnapps from the House bar.
